My temperature finally comes down today( 02.14).
Right, I stopped my training for 7 days.
I felt bad in the morning on the 7th. A little headache and muscle soreness.But I still thought I could swim.
I actually did well on mermaid swimming. My legs were finally at the good position. I also did breaststroke and water feeling practice. But it was too cold and I was completely exhausted. Then I took temperature — What a high fever! What a H1N1 Flu ! 🤒
