I did it!:  ) One breath, 24M( the longest edge of the pool), mermaid gesture without fin/INHALE ! It was a great improvement for me.The first swallow came a little late. Then 10-0, 5-0.

👆🏼This was my practice of MDR adaptation.

I will start the DNF training since tomorrow. First it is the frog kick.

Breaststroke was not good enough – I did’t lower my head / My hands did’t keep the streamline / The floating time was not long enough.

Mermaid swimming - I swam hurriedly😿 / Mermaid backstroke was better than before. I could feel the fluency of my waist and abdomen. 😼

Tomorrow: The frog kick / breaststroke / mermaid swimming / MDR adaptation / feel for the water.🫦
