AM:I practiced pranayama for 10min.

PM:I corrected the breaststroke, practiced mermaid swimming(without fin) and breath-holding. 

I did the longest distance I had ever swim in breath-holding today.(in the natural breath . I didn’t do the INHALE) I tried the “method” —— when I feel the MDR negative feelings, I count backwards from 10-1. I guess I could finish the 25m(the longest edge of the pool) if I could count more 5 seconds. 

I will try tomorrow —— from 10-1 then final 5-0 🐳

Actually I was a little surprised about my grades, because I had a cold and a stuffy nose since the day before yesterday. It was worse today.

Improvements always inspire me. Even it is small ; ) 

PS: My left ear has zizizi sound when I swallow now. Hope it is OK. I had the same problem after I got my AOW license. And it lasted for a month.
